What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that there are many unfortunate circumstances that can lead to the need for a cancellation of a party. We are here to help in this case. If the need comes that you need to cancel your party, we allow any and all customers to reschedule their date (free of charge) to any date within 1 year of the originally planned date. Our policies do not accommodate refunds for any payments already made towards an event.
If you wish to reschedule a date, contact us immediately to reserve your date.
